Orakai Insadong Suites Seoul

It provided a fun and safe space for our kids to let loose and enjoy themselves, giving my wife and I a chance to relax. The playroom was well-equipped and kept our children entertained for hours, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

My wife says that it would have been great to have some more kid-friendly dining options available in the hotel.

The suite was spacious and equipped with a laundry machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, the room could benefit from some upgrades, as the walls and carpet were showing signs of wear and tear. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with good amenities for travelers.

The rooftop golf driving range and the wide range of facilities made my stay absolutely delightful. It's not every day you get to practice your swing and do laundry at the same time!

This was my fairly nice stay at a hotel. The stuff was knowledgeable, decent, and everything was perfect. The airport was 12 miles away from here, awesome location.

Conveniently located near shopping and parks. Large, clean apartments with all desired amenities including a washing machine. Great swimming pool area with jet pools and sauna. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. USB chargers and power sockets by the bed.

The hotel is peaceful and clean, I loved its excellent staff and location. Cool lobby. Moreover, there is a parking right outside. Positioned in the busy area, just next door to Insadong, many sights, Seoul. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The rooms were warm and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat during the chilly winter in Seoul. The staff was cute and were really good too make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged for a room with a fine view of the city, adding a special touch to our New Year experience. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of nearby stores and attractions to explore. We loved being able to easily access everything we needed, including delicious food options.

The parking lot was chaotic and confusing upon arrival, made finding a space and navigating the area a bit frustrating. The free wifi service was limited to only two devices, inconvenient considering we were a group of four.

Liked my such great stay for the entire six nights of my stay. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk from a chief temple. Its food was good, with plenty of meals. I had a fine stay in a long time.

Fairly clean hotel, services where good and location was brilliant near to accessible metro station. The bed was nice, and in general I loved cozy room. The stuff was best and great to deal with. Buffet breakfast with rich selection. The stay was absolutely good;)))

Being surrounded by shops and restaurants on a bustling street in the heart of Insadong made exploring the city a breeze. The spa and pool facilities were also a nice way to unwind and relax after a long day.

I stayed at this place and I absolutely loved the location. It's right in the heart of a popular tourist area within the Insa-dong district, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Plus, it's in a quiet area, so I could relax and get a good night's sleep. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped me retrieve something I had lost and were incredibly persevering. The amenities in the room were excellent, including a washer/dryer and a complete kitchen. And the view from my room was absolutely stunning, even though I was on a low floor. I had a fantastic experience here.

We had a fantastic stay at this tall hotel in Seoul. The views were breathtaking, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff, although not all fluent in English, were friendly and helpful. The pool was pristine and rarely crowded, and the gym was exceptional. Our rooms had an abundance of storage space, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. this hotel provided a wonderful experience for our family.

My family and I had a great stay at this centrally-located hotel. The spacious and well-equipped apartments were perfect for us. One of the pillows was a little flat, but otherwise the beds were comfortable. we would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent facilities.

I had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel with updated suites. The four-bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for a family visit. The pool was a hit with the kids. Despite basic breakfast options, the Insadong area was a wonderful place to explore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff's kind attitude towards my old parents at my first stay is memorable. Everything I need is here - Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a great restaurant. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym suit me perfectly. Can't wait to come back for a holiday.

Nothing not to like.

I had a wonderful stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect being very close to the sightseeing area while also being in the street behind the best restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The hotel facilities were great including indoor swimming pool, sauna, and well-equipped gym. the staff were very helpful and cute.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near several tourist spots in the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and come with fully functioning kitchens and washing machines. The bathrooms are equipped with powerful showers and tubs. The staff speaks good English and the facility is clean.

The service at the hotel can be lacking, with some staff members appearing lazy and unhelpful.

We loved staying at this place. The location was great as we found a lot of places to eat around and the metro station was only a short walk away. Also, this venue was in the center of an interesting and touristy area, making it easy to get to many places and enjoy the local culture. The rooms at Orakai Insadong Suites were incredibly spacious and had a cozy, homey feel. As a vegetarian, having a fully-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker made it easy to prepare my own meals, which was a huge plus.

I found the picturesque views of Songdo Central Park and Incheon Grand Bridge a little distracting while trying to relax.
